| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description In a freak accident, Alliance members of a Gy Djin terrorist attack were transformed into CyberGladiators, a powerful cyborg fighting force. Powerful Gy Djin members in prison were also transformed into CyberGladiators. When the Gy Djin CyberGladiators escaped from prison they faced a showdown with the Alliance. In this game, you can fight on the side of the Alliance or the Gy Djin in this futuristic cyborg fighting game. The feature list on CyberGladiators is pretty impressive. Pick from eight metallic robotic fighters, each with 50 moves. Fight either with a friend or the computer. Take on two bonus bosses. The list goes on. But how does it play? Simply put, it's one of the best fighter games the PC has ever enjoyed, mostly due to the outstanding 3-D graphics. Making great use of Microsoft's DirectX, the fighting scenes move smoothly and have plenty of depth, even if you just have a run-of-the-mill graphics card. CyberGladiators' graphics and sound alone make it worth checking out.

| Customer Reviews: Memories of old times, good times April 25, 2010 S. Tripathy (EVANSTON, IL, US) My review here might be extremely biased, since I grew up playing games like these. Compared to other games out on the scene today, this game cannot boast of a well defined storyline or stunning graphics [it has kind of choppy graphics in which the limbs are rendered as separate rigid blocks which makes the motion appear not so smooth at times], also the controls are not that simple either [but I know a few other games out there today with similar level of complexity in their controls e.g. 'Devil May Cry'], apart from the motion keys and the low punch, high punch , low kick, high kick and block keys, there are complex key combinations that can bring about powerful and unavoidable attacks. These key combinations are fun to discover and are very often unique to the character played. Though this game is difficult to start up on systems running XP and Vista, it is still as awesome as it ever was [a clean no-nonsense martial arts game]. There are several aspects of this game that contribute to its replay value, firstly it's not quest driven plus the flying spears add a little bit of uncertainty to the outcome of the match. Moreover once you get hold of the boss char unlock code, you can go all Scrapp or Carnigore [you need to unlock limb removal though] on your opponents. The different 'planets' on which the combats take place are all artfully designed. All in all I simply love this game and after searching it on abandonware sites for so long, I am glad I could buy it from Amazon.
